Sarah Lothian is an Associate Professor and Academic Barrister at ANCORS at the University of Wollongong. Sarah is recognised for her expertise on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biodiversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction (BBNJ). Sarah’s research focuses on ocean governance and marine environmental law and encompasses core areas of the law of the sea, marine resources law and maritime regulation and enforcement.
